Welcome, Western Interns!!!
Western Specialty Contractor’s Internship Program is designed to hire students during their freshman year throughout their senior year. Our goal of the intern program is to familiarize the students in the field of concrete and masonry restoration. The restoration industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that requires the same construction skills and abilities as the new construction industry. However, the restoration industry provides an exciting challenge by providing diverse opportunities like; consulting with the architectural engineering community, communicating with the building owner to identify the problem of the structure, and collaborating with your team to provide a high-quality solution to the problem. An intern will also have broad-based exposure to the primary aspects of contracting: estimating, project management and business development.
