Western Specialty Contractors’ Minneapolis branch has completed concrete and facade repairs at Parker Station, a multi-family residential property with a parking structure in Robbinsdale, MN.
Western was contracted as the prime contractor after the property management team identified several large cracks throughout the parking garage and pool area. Crews repaired more than 350 linear feet of cracks and approximately 150 linear feet of cove joints to help address deterioration and protect the affected areas from further damage.
Following the initial scope of work, Western was called back to evaluate a large crack in an exterior facade wall at the property. The Minneapolis team successfully repaired the additional crack as part of its work at the property.
“Even relatively small repairs can play an important role in maintaining a property and preventing existing issues from becoming more extensive,” said Matt Drew of Western Specialty Contractors’ Minneapolis branch. “Our team was able to address the cracking throughout the parking garage and pool area and then assist the customer when an additional concern was identified on the building’s exterior.”
The project began in March 2026 and was completed in May 2026. Western completed the work on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the project team.
