The Cooper Cameron Valve Complex consists of a tilt up office building and 130,000 square foot production building. Time and exposure to the elements left the buildings control joints and exterior panel finish in very poor condition. In some cases, the sealant was missing and one could actually see through the wall.
Western Specialty Contractors was hired to address the exterior needs. The buildings were pressure washed with water. The old sealant in the joints was removed and replaced. Finally, two coats of an elastomeric coating was applied to the wall panels.
The owners were extremely pleased with the work and noted that the building looked like new again.
