If there are any specific types of structures that cannot afford to risk the damage and disrepair of its structural features, they are most certainly those which serve as hospitals and healthcare facilities. Damage to external features of these buildings may allow for the infiltration of external contaminants, jeopardize sensitive electrical components by exposure to leaking water and many other potential problems.
