Services

Sealant Replacement

Got leaks? Water intrusion is more than an inconvenience for property owners and tenants. Left unchecked, it can damage structural elements and shorten the useful life of buildings, parking garages, and plaza decks.

Masonry Restoration

The materials that give masonry structures their character and beauty are vulnerable to age, moisture, pollutants, building movement, and deferred maintenance.

Parking Garage Restoration

An ineffective maintenance routine on a parking structure can quickly lead to costly repairs and restorations that can be disruptive to tenants and cause unexpected costs and safety concerns.

Waterproofing & Coatings

From below grade waterproofing to deck coatings to roof coatings, any waterproofing system is only as effective as the caliber of installation.

Concrete Restoration

Concrete is economical and durable — the backbone of modern construction. But time, water, and weather take their toll and diminish its strength.

Historical Restoration

We can restore the exterior features regardless of composition or age without damaging either the building or its historical charm.

2996 Kate Bond Rd. | Bartlett, TN

March 4, 2026

Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch has completed a waterproofing project at 2996 Kate Bond Road, a healthcare facility managed by Welltower. The project began on September 1, 2025, and reached completion on October 24, 2025. Western’s scope of work focused on improving the building envelope performance at the fourth-floor level. Crews performed wet sealing of critical exterior joints, replaced control joint sealants, and applied an elastomeric coating designed to improve water resistance and protect the façade from ongoing exposure. The high-performance materials used on this project support long-term durability and help maintain the integrity of the healthcare environment inside the building. The project progressed smoothly, with Western completing all waterproofing improvements on time and within budget. The work provided enhanced protection against moisture intrusion and helped extend the lifespan of the building’s exterior surfaces. “Our team executed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail,” said Project Manager Kelly Ingram. “Waterproofing is essential for facilities…

Partial Masonry Restoration | Helena-West Helena, AR

March 3, 2026

Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch completed a partial masonry restoration project on the east elevation of a historic government building in Helena-West Helena. The work was performed for Phillips County, with Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc. serving as the project architect. Construction began on July 7, 2025, and reached completion on October 16, 2025. The restoration focused on preserving the building’s character while addressing key areas requiring structural and aesthetic improvements. Western’s crews removed several third-floor windows and infilled the openings with new wood framing and sheathing to match the building’s updated design intent. The team also removed and replaced 50 deteriorated bricks and repointed 2,400 square feet of masonry to enhance durability and prevent moisture infiltration. To complete the restoration, Western thoroughly washed and sealed the 2,400-square-foot area with a siloxane sealer designed to protect historic masonry from weathering while maintaining its natural appearance. The project progressed smoothly, and the team finished the work on time and under budget, meeting all architectural requirements and…
