Upon arrival in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, please Uber to the Hyatt Regency Miami at 400 S.E. Second Avenue, Miami, FL 33131.

Reimbursement: Western will reimburse you for this Uber, or you can use your corporate card.
On Thursday, May 1st, we will have a shuttle from the Hyatt to the cruise port.

Upon arriving at St. Petersburgh/Tampa Airport, follow the signs to the baggage claim area of your respective airline. At the bottom of the escalator, please look for the driver holding a sign with your name, your group or the Hello! Florida staff member in the Purple Polo.

Should your flight information change or, in the unlikely event, you can’t find the Hello! Florida staff member with the sign, please contact Kim Thomas at 813.526.6101

The transportation company monitors all flights, so if the flight you are originally scheduled to arrive on is delayed or early, they will track it and the Hello Florida! staff/driver will be in baggage claim when you arrive. You only need to contact Kim Thomas (813.526.6101) should you be put onto a completely different flight or airline or if you can’t locate your vehicle driver.
