Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch completed a façade repair project at Venson Towers, a multi-family residential property in Memphis, TN.
Working as a subcontractor, Western performed vertical and overhead concrete repairs throughout the building to address deterioration and extend the structure’s service life. The project also included the application of an elastomeric coating to provide additional protection to exterior surfaces.
As part of the restoration, Western replaced balcony railings, complementing the concrete repairs and exterior coating work while improving the overall condition of the building’s balconies.
“Projects at occupied multi-family properties require careful planning and a strong focus on quality throughout the restoration process,” said Kelly Ingram, Branch Manager of Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch. “Our team completed the concrete repairs, coating and railing replacement while delivering a finished project we are proud of.”
The project began in May 2026 and was completed in August 2026. Western finished the work on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the project team.
