Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch has completed a waterproofing project at 2996 Kate Bond Road, a healthcare facility managed by Welltower. The project began on September 1, 2025, and reached completion on October 24, 2025.
Western’s scope of work focused on improving the building envelope performance at the fourth-floor level. Crews performed wet sealing of critical exterior joints, replaced control joint sealants, and applied an elastomeric coating designed to improve water resistance and protect the façade from ongoing exposure. The high-performance materials used on this project support long-term durability and help maintain the integrity of the healthcare environment inside the building.
The project progressed smoothly, with Western completing all waterproofing improvements on time and within budget. The work provided enhanced protection against moisture intrusion and helped extend the lifespan of the building’s exterior surfaces.
