Annual Meeting | Departures

To arrange ground transportation back to the airport on May 5th, you will need to add this to your Norwegian profile:

1. Log in and go to View My Reservation.
2. Scroll down to Transfers.
3. Add your departure flight information.
4. Add to cart, check out, and your ride will be booked through Norwegian.

• Reimbursement: Western will reimburse the $25 transfer fee, or you can use your Western Card and submit the expense.
