The office building, constructed in 1970, consisted of 18,970 square feet of precast concrete frame with split face block infill. Over the years the owner tried to stop water from entering the building, without success.
Western Specialty Contractors was called and suggested power washing, caulking the control joints, and finally, applying two coats of Thorolastic.
The leaks stopped and the owner became a satisfied customer of the Western Little Rock branch.
